How to convert a RapidCue cue sheet to AVR+

Use the AVR Converter to turn a supported RapidCue XLSX cue sheet into an AVR+ JSON draft, then review missing information before export.

1. Start with the completed source sheet

Use the RapidCue XLSX export for the finished production. Keep the worksheet structure intact and make sure the file is no larger than 5 MB. The more complete the source data is, the less you will need to add during review.

2. Create an AVR+ draft

Open the AVR Converter, upload the XLSX file and select RapidCue / US, or choose auto-detect. The tool creates a reloadable draft rather than exporting immediately.

3. Review the draft

Check the production title and duration, then work through cues, works, recordings and interested parties. Confirm titles, cue timing, usage and shares against your original cue sheet.

4. Validate and export

Resolve every validation issue before exporting the JSON file. AVR+ is a structured exchange format, so complete and consistent data matters as much as the file extension.
